I was struggling with my sugar addiction and couldn't seem to get out of the habit of snacking on sweets. I figured the 7 day no sugar challenge might be the help I needed and I was right! At first i told myself, it's only for 7 days but then I changed my mindset and reminded myself that I was doing this to kick start a hopefully life long habit. I felt proud at the end of the 7 days knowing that I finished the challenge with ease! I learned to read labels more closely. Most importantly, I learned to nourish my body so I wasn't craving sweets every day. I'm happy to report that a month later, I'm still going strong with my healthy habits and MUCH less sugar in my diet!

"Thank you for giving us a week long Sugar Challenge in January. Everyone likes to make January the month of big Resolutions. A week long challenge is very doable and it inspires you to keep going when you know you were successful after the week. It got me back on tract for looking at labels for added sugar. I switch to black coffee and am now enjoying my morning cup of coffee. I also am watching my fruit intake so I am not eating the higher sugar fruits everyday. Penny and Lisa programs have been benefiting my health both physically and mentally since I started with their Unstuck program last February.
